We collect in the City Bowl between 08:30 – 09:00 and Atlantic Seaboard and Waterfront between 09:00 – 09:30. Please be waiting in the reception area and let the receptionist know where you are waiting.
Our reservations team contacts you (via WhatsApp) the day before your tour to confirm your pick-up location and time. Please ensure that you have given us your contact number for WhatsApp or email us info@wineflies.co.za
❗️Guests from Camps Bay, Southern and Northern Suburbs need to get a taxi to a guest house called Never@Home Kloof Street, which is on 73 Kloof Street, Gardens and be there at 08:30am. They have a lovely coffee shop and seating area

On the Franschhoek Wine Tour, the restaurant offers a variety such as salads, pizza, burgers and fish
On the Stellenbosch Wine Tour, the restaurant caters a special South African, traditional “braai” which is similar to a barbeque and features traditional, local dishes
Yes, we do! We can 100% cater for you at lunch, but some of our cheeses and chocolates might be off limits if you have a specific allergy
The age limit is minimum 18 (the legal drinking age in South Africa) but please contact us with special requests for children older than 12. We also do offer wonderful Family Friendly Wine Tours in Cape Town, which are private tours which can accommodate any child’s age and children above 2 years old are fully catered for with juices, snacks, meals and sweet treats!
We can accommodate non-drinkers, but please give us a heads-up so that we can arrange alternative beverages for you! You will still enjoy the scenery, history, information about Cape Town and making new friends!
No, please don’t bring any valuables with you. While South Africa is a safe country to travel to, we don’t want to risk you leaving anything behind!
We do ask that you bring your emergency medication if you suffer from any allergies or health conditions. We do ask our guests to sign a quick indemnity form once they board the vehicle.
No problem! We have card machines on board our vehicle, and also accept cash payments with the tour guide. If you’re struggling to book, just pop us a quick WhatsApp and we’ll capture the booking for you. Contact us here: +27 81 500 8595
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We are super happy to move your tour date if you aren’t feeling well or missed a flight, but if you’ve changed your mind about a wine tour, then you won’t receive a refund if we don’t receive 24 hours notice
